By creating an account or using Viewb, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Viewb. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You may create and manage bio pages, customize designs, add links, upload a profile image, and use features such as analytics, QR codes, and blog publishing as made available in your plan.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Bio Pages and User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Viewb, including bio text, images, links, and design selections ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve Viewb.
You agree that your User Content and use of the Service will not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Include malware, phishing links, scams, hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Viewb, our users, or the public.
4. Public Bio URLs
Viewb provides public profile pages at URLs such as viewb.io/yourname. Usernames are subject to availability and our naming policies. We reserve the right to reclaim, restrict, or remove usernames that violate these Terms, infringe rights, or create confusion.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Viewb offers paid subscription plans, which may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout and any applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, where applicable.
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account or by contacting support.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. For lifetime purchases, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice, where required.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Use Viewb to send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
7. Analytics and Third-Party Links
Viewb provides analytics about profile views and link engagement. You are responsible for the third-party links you add to your bio page. Viewb does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services linked from your profile.
8. Intellectual Property
Viewb and its logos, software, designs, themes, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as allowed within the Service.
Paid plans may include options to reduce or remove Viewb branding from your public bio page, as described in your plan features.
9. Termination
You may stop using Viewb at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIEWB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewb from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Viewb after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Disputes will be handled in the courts or forums permitted by applicable law unless otherwise required by statute.
